Product filer used in the sidebar must be present i the top of the page in smartphone view

In the desktop mode the location for the product filtre is perfect on the left side. However, in the mobile view the product filtre is located longest possible down the page - just before the footer. It seems to be the last block on the page before the footer. How can I change this to get the product filtre just underneath the store top and the main menu?

Unfortunately this plugin does not control the location of the widget. It only depends on the current theme.
