Hi,

The AND/OR logic in my product colour filter is using AND logic on the front end when I have OR selected in options.

Do you have a suggestion for how to fix this?

Thank you

Hello

I did a test and it seems to work correctly with logic AND.

An  example - https://c2n.me/4goNdtU - The filter shows products that have the blue AND red color attribute

That's correct.

But I have the logic set to OR.

So I thought it should display results according to that setting?

Hello

Please  drop me  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png

Can  I disable  plugins  to test?

No problem - access created. Thanks very much for your help.

Yes - ok to disable plug ins.

Hello

I disabled your  customizations - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220822141040.png - and everything works correctly - https://c2n.me/4grDlyv

Hi,

Thanks very much for your time and help!

Unfortunately with the customisations disabled the colour filter is still not working correctly.

You can see in this screenshot the colour filter has"Red" applied, and 80 results are returned.

When"Orange" is also selected, the results are reduced from 80 to 6 - because AND logic is applied, rather than OR (as in the settings).

Hello

Please give me a link to the page where you did this test

My  test - https://c2n.me/4guG69G

It's the same page.

I think the difference is that you did not have"In Stock" selected in your test, where as I did.

Is it the case that checking"In Stock" will cause some conflict with the And/Or logic for the colour filter?

Hello

No. But there is another influence"in stock" - when there is a variation color +"out of stock" - the filter excludes the parent product

Check  an option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220831091523.png - and  do a test

Unfortunately checking that option produces unexpected results. See my test below. Selecting"In Stock" and"Red" returns products that do not have a red variation in stock.

when there is a variation color +"out of stock" - the filter excludes the parent product

Ok! I understand that would effectively simulate the appearance of AND logic on the colour filter - I would really appreciate any ideas on how to work around this - if you have any? as it creates a very unintuitive user experience for our particular case.

Thanks again for your time.

Hello

Yes, this may be because woocommerce has not updated the data in its new database

I updated it and now everything works correctly - https://c2n.me/4gwYTNO

Please  do a test

That resolved my issue - thank you!

Hello

Great! Welcome;)
