I have the pro version installed on the website, however, some of the Woocommerce product categories are not showing on the filter whereas if I inactivate the plugin it's showing. How can I fix this issue?

I  did  a  test - https://c2n.me/4h29dhl.jpg - filter shows all 39 categories

I disabled turbo mode. Use this only after you have fully set up your site.
