Good afternoon, after testing the free version of the plugin in local mode and reviewing it in a test topic on the hosting where I am working on this project, I am encouraged to purchase the extension. Having reviewed the documentation and its videos, I have encountered some problems on the final website at the time of filtering, I will detail them:

The website is"https://perupowersports.pe/tienda" and will be dedicated to the sale of spare parts and vehicle parts through WhatsApp Business. I am using the"Elementor" builder on the"XStore" theme, a well-known Themeforest theme for virtual stores and which I have already used before in other projects.

I have the following context for products, where I am using the Brand, Product Categories, Product Tags and Product Attributes taxonomies.

We work with 3 brands: Hisun, Tao Motor and RFZ Racing. These brands have several models (Product Labels) and each model can have different products (Product Categories), as well as special characteristics (Product Attributes).

The idea of filtering is that when choosing any of the 3 brands, the products that correspond to said brand are displayed in the store's product list, and that the filters continue to be active so that the models that correspond to them can continue to be selected. said brand, the products associated with that brand and model, and the respective attributes. And always with the option to deselect the applied filters or reset them all.

This would be a normal operation for filtering products. I have seen more complex operations in several examples using this plugin.

In local mode, the free plugin worked correctly for me ("Storefront" theme):

I even customized it for a single page so I can load a"step by step" filter in a single line:

On a test website (https://perupowersports.pe/website), located on the same hosting, but with a different theme ("Bumbleb"), the free plugin also worked apparently normally:

https://images2.imgbox.com/7e/2c/sI20zxqj_o.png

And a customization that I liked about that test website and that also motivated me to buy the"Husky" plugin, was this:

https://images2.imgbox.com/e7/b8/NHPPZ1Ud_o.png

Now, on the final website (https://perupowersports.pe/tienda), I have worked front-end (shortcode"[woof_front_builder]") the Husky payment plugin so that it loads in the"Shop sidebar" Widget of the store page . This is displayed with the necessary filter fields, but when you click on any of the fields, the filter is applied and shows the products that correspond, however, the rest of the filter fields in the"Shop sidebar" Widget, They disappear and all that remains is to"reinitialize" everything again. Additionally, in the upper section of the"breadcrumbs", the route that should correspond is not loaded. What could be the reason that the filters do not charge? I attach screenshots:

When testing the native WooCommerce filtering options, they load normally and show the respective path in the"breadcrumbs" section. I attach screenshots:

I have already reviewed the documentation several times and watched the videos on your YouTube channel and"I can't figure out" where I might be going wrong. I have also compared the configurations that I was testing in the free version of the plugin from the other 2 experimental sites. and I have it the same.

In the"XStore" theme there are several options to activate/deactivate AJAX functionalities in the WooCommerce section, but I did not want to touch them so as not to alter any option that would interfere with the Husky plugin. The current hosting has good performance.

I would appreciate any comments you can make about the possible error. If you need to access the WordPress Administrator for a more concise review, tell me and I will send it to you.

Kind regards.

Hello

This looks like a conflict with a third party plugin

Do you use  this  plugin ? - https://wordpress.org/plugins/perfect-woocommerce-brands/

Good morning Pablo, no, I don't use that plugin.

The"Brands" option comes by default in the template, along with the taxonomies of products, categories, tags and attributes.

Greetings.

I'm currently using 9 plugins (including Husky) that are not weird or outdated. I have been deactivating and testing the filtering and the problems initially mentioned continue to occur.

What could it be due to?

Greetings.

Hello

Please  drop me  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png

Can  I  disable theme/plugins to  test?

Hello Pablo, yes, in about 5 hours or so I will give you administrator access so you can review it, they are currently adding products.

I have currently deactivated the"Husky" plugin and replaced it with the free version of another filtering plugin that was previously recommended to me.

The plugin that I have installed at this moment works perfectly when filtering, it is fast and light, not having to touch anything in my WordPress theme or in the other plugins as in the case of"Husky".

I will also let you know as soon as I pass the accesses, I will deactivate the current plugin and leave the"Husky" plugin active again so you can review it.

Greetings.

Good morning Pablo, I have sent you an Administrator access via private message so you can review the WordPress.

There are 2 plugins pending update: Elementor and WordPress, please leave them as they are.

I have deactivated the filtering plugin which has worked correctly and I have re-activated the"Husky" one.

In about 8 hours I will change the accesses since they will use the website to enter products and continue with the final arrangement of information, so we will no longer be able to make alterations or tests with plugins.

I will be attentive to your observations on the reasons why the Husky plugin has not worked.

Thank you.

Hello

Looks like this is a conflict between SEOURL and custom brand taxonomy(script that creates this taxonomy)

In normal mode the filter works - https://c2n.me/4jm0bV1

did you use this code? - https://products-filter.com/make-page-builders-and-custom-template-filterable

Good morning Pablo, I have added the indicated code to the"functions.php" of the child theme and on the category, tag, attribute and direct link pages, the filter apparently works fine: https://imghost.net/ib/ULO51Sxv11AQV8J_1694788278.png

But right on the most important page of the store (Shop), any filter link is not recognized: https://imghost.net/ib/qWYbTAQE1JFF2ra_1694788277.png

Is this solvable? This error only appears with the Husky filter.

I will be attentive to your observations.

Greetings.

Hello

any filter link is not recognized: https://imghost.net/ib/qWYbTAQE1JFF2ra_1694788277.png   - I can't repeat this error. Please  drop me  exact  link to the  issue

Hello Pablo, it seems that the filtering is already working, I was not able to test it these last 2 days, but today, Tuesday, I notice that the fields are being selected correctly.

The code that you recently provided me (https://products-filter.com/make-page-builders-and-custom-template-filterable), I tried it in the"functions.php" of the child theme and it generated problems in the WooCommerce Product Manager, overriding pagination buttons and not allowing products to be filtered by SKU: https://iili.io/JJdjaWP.png ... So I had to override it.

I was testing the creation of a"step by step" filter with a horizontal layout, guided by the example of the free version of the Husky plugin in an experimental theme that I purchased from Themeforest, this is the functionality: https://iili.io/JJdjROQ.png

What I have been able to advance in an"Example Page" of this website is this: https://iili.io/JJdjYzB.png ... The route is: https://perupowersports.pe/tienda/pagina-ejemplo ...The results will be loaded on the Store page when you click the FILTER button.

The Themeforest theme that uses it is called"Bumbleb" and the example pages with the filter inserted (shortcodes) are as follows:

https://wpbingosite.com/wordpress/bumbleb/home-2/
https://wpbingosite.com/wordpress/bumbleb/home-3/
https://wpbingosite.com/wordpress/bumbleb/home-4/

Reading the instructions in the documentation and the Codex, this would be a"step by step" type filter (https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_step), but, I do not get the expected result (4 columns of fields, 3 filter and 1 button), do I need to add custom styles or is it only possible with the standard configuration?

Finally... How could the arrangement of the filtered fields displayed at the top of the store be ordered, both on desktop and mobile? On the desktop (PC/Tablet) they are displayed out of order:  https://iili.io/JJdjcs1.png

And on mobile this disorder is more noticeable: https://iili.io/JJdj0qF.png

Can it be sorted by the plugin's native options or would I have to add custom styles?

In addition to all this, do you have any recommendations on the Server and PHP features to improve the performance of filtering and display of results? Loading can take considerably longer.

Thank you for your time and attention in responding, I will be attentive to your observations.

Kind regards.

Hello

To  test,  please  delete  this  code  - https://products-filter.com/make-page-builders-and-custom-template-filterable  - now the filter should work without this code

but, I do not get the expected result (4 columns of fields, 3 filter and 1 button),  - You can see what this type of filter looks like here - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_step  and it's different from what you expect.  I think it will suit you better - https://products-filter.com/extencion/hierarchy-drop-down

and the example pages with the filter inserted (shortcodes) are as follows:  - to get this look you need custom styles

How could the arrangement of the filtered fields displayed at the top of the store be ordered, both on desktop and mobile? On the desktop (PC/Tablet) they are displayed out of order:  this conflicts with the current theme's styles. Can you change this template? Move this block to another location

Good morning, I have not found the desired shortcode. Looking at the documentation (https://products-filter.com/extencion/hierarchy-drop-down), I see that this option only works for filtering by hierarchy of a single taxonomy. It doesn't work for something like"Brand > Tag > Category".

A pity, the plugin looked quite complete, but I should have reviewed all its options more thoroughly before purchasing it.

Thanks all the same.

hello

only works for filtering by hierarchy of a single taxonomy.  -  Yes(taxonomy hierarchy ), this is what enables dependent search
