Problème filtre horizontale

J'ai lu les post sur le sujet, mais chacun à une solution différente, dommage qu'il n'y est pas un endroits pour les posts terminés. Bref, ma question est la suivante : Comment puis-je avoir le filtre à l'horizontale, avec dans l'ordre :
Recherchez une références ; Votre marque; Votre modèle, Votre série; Catégorie

J'aimerais que tous les champs soit aligner sur la même ligne, avec en fin le bouton filtrer
Je précise que l'option"skins for the auto filter" ne marche pas
