Hey, everybody!

We have paid for the full version of the bulk product editor.
We need to mass mark the manufacturer’s items. This field was not available in the free version. After payment the field is still red and not editable. What should we do? We have 4000 products, it’s hard to put the manufacturer on one product.

Besides, can we get our money back if the editor doesn’t work? Is there any support for the editor? Who can we contact?
