problem with ajax and filtering

If products are in multiple categories ajax paging and filtering isnt working well
The prolbem is a var that you are using really_curr_tax if this isn't used everything works fine.
How can i delete it>?

the problem is the really_curr_tax parameter in the end for example of this url https://ioannoustores.com/ergasias/?swoof=1&pa_megethos=38&paged=1&really_curr_tax=35-product_cat
products may be in 2 or 3 categories but they are displayed only they that are these as main category (despite a product can be on 3 or 4 categories).
for example these two if chosen had to have 3 pages of products but we have only 1 and 2 products in second (selected or in backend)

also if i disable ajaxify shop different results and start working better but now it doesnt allow me to select ajaxify shop . i cant have no.
also when i had disabled ajaxify shop to false again the problem persists in filters when filterring.
