Problem when filtering "author"

Hi Pablo,
There is abnormal response when using"Pays Producteurs" filter which is based on Author.
The refresh page has the correct url and correct /?params but returns error 404.
Other filtter like categories and tags are working well and
I can't find any reason why author is different.
Could you help me?

Thank you for what you did last week to resolve the author issue.
Now, [WOOT filter_provider='woof'] doesn't display any product. Settings didn't change and are all ok. The only product displayed is a new created one, and is displayed even when it shouldn't.
This means, all filters don’t work anymore.
Look at your test-woof page https://www.pica-pica.casa/test-woof/ I added [WOOT filter_provider='woof']
which gives different result compared to [woof_products]
Can you see that ?on test page we get the same result as on our shop page :

There is only one product found.
Other than that, we have other important questions for you :
Where can I change the title of the favourites popup (which file is generating it ?)
In french langage its impossible to get a meaningfull title as it is, because the word “product” should appear first position.
I also would like to know which function you use to generate except with title in bold and href with excerpt below in the cell (named Produits) in the main table. I used the mouseover for this but lost href to product doing it.
On table list of variations of a product, sorting price ASC or DESC renders non acceptable results.
On pop ups, if I use a ' in the vocabulary, I receive a \' same if I try to escape the ' with \'.
You can see it with KEY Word Author in vocabulary.
Additionally, content of the field “author” is ok in cart table, but is not in My favourites pop up.

Thank you for what you've already done. That's great.
Your test shows the use of author filter do not break the page anymore. That's good also on the usual shop page.
But there is still an issue : filtering by author (country) is not effective. Whatever country you choose, you always get the same productts as result of filtering.
You can hide"Products" by CSS: This point isn't clear for me.
'My favorites' and 'Products' are in the same class. Don't know how to hide"products" outside the span.

One last thing,
Popup for my favourites products don't use customized css when it comes from Cart.
but use the customized Css when called from the main table.

AllRight, no server cache but I removed Jetpack in case of.

Please do not update plugins yet.
We are working on your problem, but it will take time due to cache (as I wrote earlier). After the slightest change, I have to wait about 3 minutes each time

My last point (in Woot) is the name of the product as a caption displayed under thumbnail when mouseover:
The text should be sanitized otherwise is cut when ' (single quotation mark) appears in text.
