Hello BEAR Support Team,

I am using BEAR – WooCommerce Bulk Editor and Products Manager Professional (latest version) and I am facing an issue with product prices not loading in the editor.

Problem description:

  • The columns Regular Price and Sale Price are enabled in Settings (toggles ON).

  • Settings are saved successfully (loading bar completes).

  • Columns appear in the Products Editor, but all rows show a blocked icon (🚫) instead of the price values.

  • Prices do exist in WooCommerce (products have prices set).

  • Products are simple products, not variable.

  • I already cleared cache, refreshed the page, and reset settings.

What I already tried:

  • Enabled Regular Price and Sale Price columns

  • Saved settings and refreshed (hard refresh)

  • Reset editor / cache inside BEAR

  • Checked permissions (admin user)

  • Verified WooCommerce prices are set correctly

However, prices still do not load in the BEAR editor.

Question:
Is there any additional setting required to:

  • load protected meta fields (e.g. _regular_price, _sale_price)?

  • disable lazy loading for price meta?

  • force price meta to be loaded in the editor?

If possible, please let me know:

  • the exact setting I need to enable, or

  • if this is a known compatibility issue with recent WooCommerce versions.

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards,

Estella

Hello Estella

Give us screenshot please of what you mean. Looks like you mean variable products which by its nature not has prices, BUT their variations has, and to set prices for avriable prices you need to click on button 'variations' on the tools panel https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20260115131814.png
