Hi there,

I am using the pro version of the plugin.

I´ve implemented the WOOF filter with shortcode on the page. The price filter is set up but the products are not updated correctly.

I am using the Salient Theme with WPBakery.

Here is the link to the shop page: https://derwhirlpool.com/whirlpools-swimspas/

Here is on of the result pages: https://derwhirlpool.com/whirlpools-swimspas/?min_price=25637&max_price=36074

Would be great if you have any idea how this could be to fix.

Thank you and best regards.

Michael

Hello Michael

Please  update  the  plugin to latest  version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

To  test   try to disable my  plugin and  try  this  link - https://derwhirlpool.com/whirlpools-swimspas/?min_price=25637&max_price=36074

Hello Pablo,

I have again the same issues. Plugin is updated and WooCommerce database as well. All seems to be updated to the latest versions.

If I select any price range, products change in position on the grid but there are still products visible with much higher or lower prices. I cant find out whats the issue. Even if I deactivate the plugin, nothing changes.

Testlink: https://derwhirlpool.com/whirlpools/?min_price=3990&max_price=12938

Thank you for your help and best regards

Michael

Hello Michael

It does not depend on my plugin. If the standard request does not work on your site:  1) you have problems with the database 2)third party plugin conflict

Try  to regenerate  this  table - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20221020090132.png -  and  do a test

Do you use third party plugins to change prices or to sync products?
