Hi,

We noticed that the price filter is"keeping track" of product prices completely wrong; for example, we have a product that's 4500€, discounted to 3500, but the filter only shows up to 2984€ (nothing is priced like that, nor is that the tax free price) so it can't display the most expensive product; other products that cost 469€ also don't show up if you put 469€, but only if you go above that (to 470 or more).

Are we missing some setting? How can we have the price filter to work correctly with any amount of products?

All products are variable products, if that's useful.

We are using ion-slider and the tax setting is set to 0.

Hello

Please drop me  exact link to the issue

Sorry for the delay. You can see the behaviour in both the italian and the english version; we can provide access to the staging backend, in case you want to check further.

Hello

Ok! Please try to add the native woo price filter  and do a test

Same behaviour if you mean"Use the woo-slider in husky settings instead of ion-slider"

Hello

No! I mean this price filter - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241002113939.png

so...we found the solution

your plugin was basically applying 4% VAT instead of 22 that was set for all products.

4% was indeed set up as an alternative VAT, while 22 was the default one and the one set on all products.

in our case, we could remove 4% as it was not in use anywhere. If you could, it would be great to know if there's a setting somewhere inside the plugin to tell it to use the default VAT (which also changes by country)?

thank you

Hello

My plugin does not add any percentages or taxes( if you don't use this option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241003103748.png )

This could be a native woocommerce option

Weird, because i'm pretty sure i tried that field (inputting 22) and it still made kind of a mess. As if the base price was vat-free+4% and then added on top 22.

Well, i'm glad it works now, hopefully we won't encounter this weird behaviour again!

p.s. is it correct to write a number in that field, or does it need a percentage (so, i'd write 22% for example in our case)?

Thank you again for pointing in the right direction.

Hello

This field is for numbers only.
