I get a 404 notification on the shop page every time I try the price filter: https://dwaers.com/shop/

The price filter does work if I try it through a category page: https://dwaers.com/product-category/decoratie/.

Kind regards Henry

Hi there,

Can someone help me please with this problem?

Kind regards Henry

Hello Henry

Please  disable  my  plugin  and  do  a test  with native  woocommerce price  filter

The problem will be the same. This means it doesn't depend on my plugin. Most likely the problem is in your current theme.

Hello Pablo,

I Have tried it also with another theme then DIVI and I have the same problem.
I have tried it also with the standard price filter and it doesn't work.

Kind regards Henry

I have tried it also with the standard price filter and it doesn't work.  - as i said earlier it doesn't depend on my plugin.

I Have tried it also with another theme then DIVI and I have the same problem. - So there is a problem with a third-party plugin

I can check it. Can  I  disable  plugins/theme  to  test?

Yes you can disable plugins and themes

Hi there,
DIVI give me this link with a solution:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63682289/woocommerce-price-filter-not-working-in-divi-theme-builder

solution is using Ajax in woof. Use this in short code: is_ajax=1 But probably you'll have 404 error when you'll refresh the page
How can I process this in the sidebar widget?

Kind Regards

Hello

My plugin has nothing to do with this issue.  I already wrote to you about this. This is an incompatibility between woocommerce and current theme

My  test  video - https://c2n.me/4aq0U6P - in this video I showed it

Thanks Pablo,

I am gonna contact DIVI Again.
Have a nice day :)

Hi Pablo,

I have contacted DIVI again, They are going to fix the bug in an update.
I still have 1 question about the filter:
Also after using a filtering it seems that the products sometimes don't load properly (or at least white areas are shown) see screenshot.

Kind regards Henry

Hello

Please  disable  ajax  mode

Hi PAblo,

I have done that, and If I choose then 'op voorraad' then I get results like the screenshot.

Kind regards Henry

Hello Henry

Very  strange!

Looks like a problem with product template styles

My  test - https://c2n.me/4aqzKGq.mp4

And  test on which I prove that the problem is not related to my plugin - https://c2n.me/4aqA0v9

Thanks Pablo for your quick reply.

Enjoy this New Year's Eve

Kind regards Henry
