I am having an issue with the plus sign on desktop view. I turned all categories to be opened and I left only one"Κατηγορίες" just for you. Any suggestions?

The issue was that template overlay the sidebar, so i edit margins between those two. No need to contact with support team of the theme.
CSS hint from the video guided me.

In this case, remove the margin. Try to use paddding.
