Ive tried to install the pro plugin several times via the woocommerce plugin add new

It wont install at all.

Ive also added the file to my plugins on file manager and it doesnt even show up on my website plug ins that way either.

How do I get it to work ?

Ive also just taken the bulk editor from the zip file to just upload that and now i get this error message
