The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.
I downloaded the free version and I liked it so I purchased it. I removed the free version and tried to install the premium version and I get an error stating it can't be installed. I then reinstalled the free version thinking I could just upgrade it to the premium with the license number, but that didn't work. Please advise.
