Plugin refuses to install
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Hi Support Team
I just purchased the Woocommerce Products Filter and when I try to install it I get an error (see below)
I have deleted the free plugin version just in case that was the problem.
The website I am trying to install it to is http://www.johnbradleystudios.com.au
ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL PLUGIN
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.
I have attached Admin login if needed.
