The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Похоже текущая тема сделанная не по стандартам woocommerce.
Отключите Ajax режим это должно помочь

Помогло, но плагин приобретался из-за AJAX.

Как я уже написал выше, проблема с текущей темой.
Шаблон должен иметь эти хуки:
woocommerce_before_shop_loop И woocommerce_after_shop_loop
