Hi,

I Installed the premium plugin that I purchased from Envato,

I issue I'm running into is that every time I change the options and save, the page reloads the default settings again! when I tested the free version this was not an issue.

I removed the plugin and reinstalled it and the same issue still presented, then I removed and tried all older versions and all of them had the same issue!

I followed the instructions in this link https://products-filter.com/lot-taxonomies-settings-page-save-options-doesn-works  and still didn't fix the issue!

I included the WP admin access and the purchase code in a private message.

https://products-filter.com/lot-taxonomies-settings-page-save-options-doesn-works  - If you are unable to change this setting, please write to hosting support. It depends on your server settings

Hello

I contacted the hosting company and they were able to increase max_input_vars` setting to 30000.

 

I still can't change the setting without going back to default again.

 

what do I need to do now?

hello,

 

the setting should be increased and I was able to save the changes I made in the plugin.

 

I have an issue with the filter, it's showing a lot of unrelative filter options in the category pages.

 

I did the option below

No
Yes
No
Yes
No
Yes

 

but still shows unwanted filters that don't belong to each category page

 

you can see this example here https://gritsportinggoods.com/product-category/view-all-shooting-accs/holsters/

it should show only these options Product BRAND, Product COLOR, Product MADE IN, Product MATERIAL, Product MOUNT TYPE, Product MODEL FIT, Product HAND and Product MADE IN.

 

also in the example above, How can I remove the"Product" from infront all filters?
