Hey there,

I've run into an issue with Docket - WooCommerce Collections and a conflict with WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter.

When using WOOF on the shop page to filter products the"save to collection" option from Docket disappears. ​I can confirm that the option works correctly when just using the default WooCommerce product search/filter.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Pablo,

Sorry about the delay. If you go to this URL:

You can see the Docket plugin collections link, titled"Save To My List". When using the filter (try wpcf-total-sq-ft) the collections link disappears.

I've already done typical troubleshooting by disabling plugins and switching the theme to 2020. This issue only occurs when both the Docket and WOOF Product Filter plugins are both enabled.

Ok, I added my license in the private area. I tried disabling the WOOF influence and the issue still remains. I did notice that the"save to collection" link will re-appear if I refresh the browser tab after filtering products. But if I don't refresh the page after filtering, and just filter the products that link is not visible.
