I've identified a bug with the plugin that we need fixing ASAP.

Navigating the 'shop' page on WooCommerce with the WOOF filter installed:

  1. User selects filter with WOOF widget and applies. Filtered products display as expected.
  2. User removes filter with WOOF widget and applies. Products return to normal as expected.

But when:

  1. User selects filter with WOOF widget and applies. Products display as expected.
  2. User presses 'back' on their device / browser, the plugin and website hangs / stuck loading forever and does not return to the previous unfiltered page.

Please advise of a fix

Edit. This is happening on apple safari (MacOS and IOS).

Windows machine does not have the issue in Firefox.

Well I can't share access to my server on a public forum. And you need to make sure you are on an apple device.

 

You can try with this link (this is a demo theme that uses WOOF, the bug also happens there on IOS and macos safari)

I've added the required info into the private data section, the site is in maintenance mode so you can only access via admin.

Yes, this bug is happening on every theme I try. I've updated the private data in the topic for you to access another server with a different theme.

Please let me know if there is a fix.

Yes I did check it, I said that the bug is happening everywhere. You can replicate the bug on your demo.

Visit https://demo.products-filter.com/product-category/clothing/man/

Filter by 'pullover', apply filter.

Then press back in the browser and the site gets stuck or the filter stays selected on the UI if the page manages to get un-stuck.

 

Is there a fix?

We are doing a test on our demo site - everything works correctly. We cannot reproduce this error.
