This plugin is working great on our site, but it is very slow. However, when I enable TURBO mode things go wonky. When I do this, it starts only working on products on the current page instead of the whole inventory system. See screenshots below:

WITHOUT turbo mode enabled (notice all 206 products in that search query show up):

WITH turbo mode enabled (notice only 4 products in that search query show up):

 

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated!

Also, I need this plugin to reindex the products database every minute. Not every day. Is there a way to do that? My client updates inventory daily, sometimes several times a day and I need this search index to be able to keep up with that without them having to manually reassemble the products data every time.

I've tried again. I've reassembled the data file and turned on turbo mode. Cleared cache. It's still not working and doing the same thing as before on my end. only showing the number of products in a search field on the current page instead of the whole inventory system. It also takes a very very long time to load.

If this is just"normal" for this plugin, we are going to have to find something different. My client is extremely upset about the load times as his customers are complaining and they are losing money.

Describe in more detail what you mean(you can add screenshots) I've already attached screenshots to my original post. They have not changed. It is still doing the exact same thing. 

I've just reset my router and reset my chrome settings and turbo mode is working and not causing the issue any more. However, it is still incredibly slow and if it remains this slow, i'll have to find another solution for my client.

It seems as though this plugin just isn't compatible with my client's site or needs at this time. The inventory section of the site is moving so slow as soon as I disable the plugin, it works fine again. I have requested a refund from Themeforest for the purchase as I have found a different plugin that has been tested and is working great with my client's theme at this time.

Unfortunately, incompatibility with third-party software is not a reason to the  refund.

It's not a third party incompatibility. Turbo mode simply doesn't work and breaks the inventory page every time it's enabled. I have disabled all plugins and restored the standard WP theme for testing as well. The same thing happened:

Notice the products filter area is all greyed out and doesn't function at all when clicked. This is with turbo mode turned on:

I bought the premium version of the plugin for the turbo mode feature and that is the feature that simply isn't working. It's not a"third party compatibility" problem. It's a plugin bug and it's not being fixed. My client has been down their inventory system for now over a week because of this and it's not even close to being resolved. At this point I've been forced to purchase and implement a new plugin because of the shortcomings of this one.

I think it's a pretty bad policy to not offer refunds for a product that hasn't worked properly since it was purchased.

Yes, maybe this is slow with these server settings (a lot of taxonomies).

Especially so that the user can check this - the free version has turbo mode for testing
