When we select the filter options on the shop page, it does not filter the products. Instead, it reloads the page and resets the filters.

Hello!

Thank you. We have uploaded the license key as requested and watched the video. I have added the options.

The sliders are not working (Price, Height, Width, Length). Once I select my options on the widget and click filter, it then refresh the filters and doesn't filter the products.

Just for further information, we have created a test site and deactivated all plug-ins/themes and the issue still occurs.

Hello

Some third party code is removing GET requests.

For this reason the filter does not work.  You should find this and turn it off.

I activated SEOURL - this is a filtering mode without GET requests, now everything works correctly
