Hello,

I am using your plugin but unfortunatley it is not working they way I had hoped. I need a slider feature for my store so that customers can find the carpet size right for them. I tried your free version but it doens't have the slider available so I read your website and purchased the plugin.

I created attributes for length and width (my website is in German) and added cm values so there are a lot of values in each attribute.

When I implement the slider on the website it is incredibly slow. I drag the slider then it takes almost 5 secs for the slider to actually move. This is not a good experience for my customers.

Can you please provide me a refund as I can no longer use this for my website.

I have uploaded the license key now. Because the plugin wasn't working adequately I have deactivated it so I don't have a link sorry.

I have read the"searching is slow" link and I'm sorry but I am not going to go through all of these steps with extra plugins that have to be maintained. Also I don't have the option to add more memory or change the php just to make this plugin work.

There are other plugins out there that work without having to go through everything you have mentioned. Can I please have a refund this plugin does not work for my website.

But unfortunately this is not a reason for the  refund. If your server does not have enough resources, it is not our fault. also this article contains information about settings without third-party plugins OR  you  can  use   a cache - https://c2n.me/4bM4dFw.png (If you do not have the possibility to configure the plugin - it's just no reason for  the  refund)
