Part of filters disappear on WPML translated pages

I have a problem with attribute filters in a second language.
The main language on my site is Polish and everything works fine

But when you switch to English which is the second language the filters disappear and it seems that it happens due to empty attributes.

All attributes are set and translated.

There is another problem not related to attributes. When you check In Stock checkbox, all products disappear.

This issue is probably not related to WPML and the theme I am using because when I deactivate WPML plugins, switch to Storefront theme, and only use the site with Woocommerce in a minimal setup, the filter appears but is not selectable.
