Hi

I have multiple sites that use the paid version WOOF plugin. However I also have a website that use the free WOOF plugin. How can I differentiate which is which?

Hello

In the free version of the plugin, options that are available only in the paid version are highlighted in red

Main differences: Hide empty terms, Extensions: Color and  Image

I didn't ask what are the differences. I asked how to differentiate after they are installed. Both versions have the same name. There is no Pro moniker.

Hello

Ok! Do you see color or omage extensions?

So, if colour is enabled it is a Pro?

I strongly urge you to add Pro (or similar) to the Pro version. See the screen shot below. This is how Plesk WordPress tool is confused. It thinks I have two different versions and it want to update all. The highlighted one is non-pro and the other is pro. This is the result of you using the same name for two different plugins.

Screen shot

Hello

It's the same plugin, with the same code. This plugin has two versions - paid and free. And the difference between the names is only in the version number

You are missing the point I am making. Version number and plugin name are two different things. You update a plugin by incrementing its version number. However in your case we cannot. You are using the 1st digit of the version number to differentiate between free and pro. This is bad practice as automatic version management software fails. When you manage hundreds of websites automatic update is the method webmasters use. You are stopping us to use them as I show you on my previous post.

Hello

I'll pass this  to the developers, but I doubt it's based on the plugin's name. I think this is based on the name of the plugin folder - we will not change this 100%
