I purchased the paid version of the plugin, however it continues to show sold-out sizes. For example a shoe in size 37 was sold and is now at stock 0, however when I filter by size 37, the shoe continues to show up.

If I set hide terms, I have to choose Show count which I don't want. In both cases I keep seing sold out sizes. Please help. I purchased the plugin only to be able to hide sold out sizes, otherwise I could have used the free version.

Can you  add  FTP  access?

Your site  is  live.  If  yes  -  can you create clone of it by https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ and send me access there (wp-admin + ftp)
