Hey there,

I'm willing to pay someone to do the install on my divi site. I've been using Husky-Products filter for years but we just went over to Divi and now with the template system it doesn't work.

I don't have time to trouble shoot - I've tried a bunch of things but nothing seems to work. I'd much rather pay for this if someone is available, I'm sure this is a 5 minute job for someone who knows what they are doing.

Hello

Please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png and  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png

And  exact  link to the  issue

Hey Pablo,

The issue is that I cannot get it to respond to Divi's theme editor or even page editor. I delete it ever time case I can't have it on the site broken.

Hello

Please  check your access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230524120414.png

What plugin version number are you using?

Updated and Version 2.2.9.2

I updated the plugin today, and tried again and still failed.

Hello

You cannot open the DIVI page editor when my plugin is activated. Did I understand you correctly?

My test - https://c2n.me/4iBYvOT

Hey Pablo, No the issue is not that the page editor doesn't. Did you notice the filter isn't on that page. And when you ad the filter - it will not work when you go live. That is the issue. I cannot make the filter work. Keep in mind I'm using the Divi-Template system.

Hello

OK! DIVI custom templates don't hear search queries. Right?

Correct!

Hello

Ok!   Please  try  it - https://products-filter.com/make-page-builders-and-custom-template-filterable

Hey there,

I've done that and still when I click on anything - critical error occurs.

Hello

Give me a screenshot of where you pasted this code

and  link  to the  page  with the filter

Code inserted

This is one of the pages that I implemented it on - I have to keep removing it because I can't have something broken on the site for days on end.  I basically just ad the Sidebar Module, I select where the widget is stored (footer#1), and then it appears. But when I click - it loads and you think its going to work, but then BAM - critical error.

Here is an example page:

On the Themebuilder, its the one labeled"All Product Category Pages"

Hello

I  dissabled  Ajax mode. Please  try  now add  the  filter  to any  page

Hey Pablo,

No luck. I've left the filter on so that you can see it running.

Hello

I  dissabled  old  version of  WPML/ Now  it  works - https://c2n.me/4iHaY2K

Hey Pablo,

When we disable that plugin we actually break the language on the site - what is in the plugin thats causing the conflict? is a a AJX or PHP system? I'm trying to figure out a way to keep both.

Hey Pablo, I updated the plugin and that seems to have resolved the issue. Thank you for you help!
