Pagination not working when filters are set or cleared

Initially, on the shop page, the pagination works as expected, however if I set filters or remove filters that have been set, the pagination doesn't work.
Here are some settings that we've configured:
WooCommerce > Settings > Products Filter > Advanced > Options > Products per page = 12
WP-admin > Theme Options > Ayro Child 1.0.1 > WooCommerce > Number of Products per page = 12
