Hello - I'm running into an issue where pagination isn't being displayed on product archive pages. I already reached out to BeaverBuilder as I assumed it was an issue with the theme and they pointed in your direction. Please see below. I'll include the necessary login info. Thanks in advance!

Me: Pagination is no longer working on our product archive pages. Each product category has it's own customized page via themer and is filtered and coded with WOOF product filter. We have a"test products" page that isn't an archive and pagination seems to work fine. A few months back, we noticed an issue where pagination was showing were it wasn't supposed to. Not sure which version we were running at the time.

BB: Thank you for contacting Beaver Builder.

I am unable to log into your website as the password is invalid for the"beaverbuilder" user. Can you provide a valid password, please.

When you say pagination isn't working on archive pages, I am not seeing any pagination on any of your product category pages I viewed. Also, when I inspect the page's markup using my browser developer tools, all your archive pages appear to be using an HTML module with the WooCommerce shortcode to display the products.

Is this the method you're using to display your products and if so, this means the issue is unlikely related to Beaver Builder as you're not using our code, but WooCommerce. As those WooCommerce shortcodes are included in the WooCommerce plugin.

If you're using our Post module on an archive page that I didn't notice. Can you provide a link to this page, please.

Me: Yes, the product category pages should have pagination. We are using woof shortcodes on those pages to display products. If you go to https://www.hpjind.com/test-products/, pagination is working. We are using the same shortcodes on this page. The only difference I can tell is that"test products" is considered a page without any themer settings and the product category pages are customized product archive pages with themer.

BB: Thanks for the updated password. So the problem here is that Woof shortcodes plugin doesn't appear to show pagination on archive pages. When I view the page source on the test page, I can see the markup for the pagination. However, on the archive category pages the pagination markup isn't present, which means that the plugin isn't outputting it.

Unfortunately, you're going to need to contact the Woof plugin team and have them look into it for you, as it isn't related to Beaver Builder.

I hope you get the issue addressed and enjoy the rest of your day!

Hello - The requested information has been added to private data.

Thank You!

Hello

I did  a  test.

Instead of my shortcode, I inserted the standard woocommerce shortcode( [products limit=8 paginate=true] ) - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220628092650.png - And how can you see the result - https://www.your_site.com/product-category/products/bulk-containers/ - no pagination and sorting. It doesn't seem to be related to my plugin.

I think third party functionality on your site disables hook execution: woocommerce_before_shop_loop  and  woocommerce_after_shop_loop

Hello -

Still looking into this on my end. If I add"is-ajax=1" to my shortcode and filter, pagination works. If I reset the filter pagination still works, how ever I noticed that my url still contains"?swoof=1&paged=1&really_curr_tax=345-product_cat" If I reload the page, I lose pagination until I filter again. I believe, the shop loops are still running and I have custom code to show the stock quantity and short description.

Thanks!

Hello

If I add"is-ajax=1" to my shortcode and filter, pagination works.  -  Yes! because this third party functionality does not work in ajax mode

I advise you to remove all your customizations and do a test
