Hi,

I have recently purchased and integrated the plugin on our website: https://stg-eeduk-eedstaging.kinsta.cloud/. However, I am encountering a couple of issues related to pagination:

  1. Category Page Pagination Issue
    URL: https://stg-eeduk-eedstaging.kinsta.cloud/product-category/t-shirts/

    • On this category page, there are 6 products listed. Pagination is set to display 4 products per page.

    • However, when I click"Next" on the pagination, it loads an empty page instead of showing the remaining products.

  2. Filtering and Pagination Issue
    URL: https://stg-eeduk-eedstaging.kinsta.cloud/product-category/t-shirts/

    • When I apply a filter from the left sidebar (for example, selecting Full Sleeve under the Features section), it correctly shows 2 filtered products.

    • But when I clear all filters, instead of showing 4 products with pagination (as initially set), it displays all 6 products on a single page without pagination.

Could you please assist in resolving these issues?

Thanks! I’ve updated the settings as per your above instructions, and some things are working now — for example, I can navigate to the second page and view the remaining products. However, the pagination on the second page isn’t displaying, so I’m unable to return to the first page. You can check this here:

Additionally, there's another issue related to Filtering and Pagination on the same page:

When I apply a filter from the left sidebar (e.g., selecting Full Sleeve under the Features section), it correctly displays the 2 matching products.

However, when I clear all filters, it returns to showing only 4 products — and the pagination is missing, even though there are 6 products in total.

Could you please check both issues?
