Pagination, multiple/nested filter, and reset button issues

The site is based on the Avada theme, but even with the theme disabled on the staging site, I'm having the same issues. This impacts sales through my site pretty dramatically, and I need a quick fix.
I'm having multiple problems:
- Pagination is broken when a filter is applied. If you try to navigate to a second page, the page is blank with a"0" in the upper left corner
- Applying more than one filter is broken. Nested filters also appear to be broken (website example: North American Pitcher Plants (Sarracenia) -> Sarracenia hybrids only filters by the"North American Pitcher Plants (Sarracenia)" option and not the"Sarracenia hybrids" option)
- The reset filter button does nothing when clicked.
