Page Breaks When Refreshing WOOF Query String

I'm not sure why this is happening, but if I refresh or load the page with a WOOF query string in URL the page breaks and loses loads of important taxonomy info.

I've set"Try to ajaxify the shop" to no, and now I'm getting the page breaks after every search and refresh.

One thing I have noticed is that my website's elements don't break when I'm running the 'price amount' filter ... just the category filters... I'm not sure if it's anything to do with the ?swoof query string or not...
