i am using the Turbo Mode. Filter works for page 1 results however page 1 results only has 10 products on page 1 (theme is set to have 30 products per page) and when i click on page 2 i get a blank page except for '0' top left corner.

i have tried to update the api but i get an error and thus there is no way to update the plugin. It only works if i dont select the verify purchases.

is there an issue with my licence?

- Incorrect token permissions, please generate another token or fix the permissions on the existing token.

View and search Envato sites
Download your purchased items
List purchases you've made

Envato dont have a support facility. The token does seem to work with the following selections

View and search Envato sites
Download your purchased items
List purchases you've made

but not with 'Verify purchases you've made'

however could the update issue be due to that i currently have

WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter Version 3.3.0

and new version is:

HUSKY – Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce Version: 1.3.4.5

If i buy the new version, uninstall the old version install the new version can i do the following:

Can i get my settings restored in the new version by using the export tool in the old version (i activated the extension)?

If i buy the new version - you should not buy a new license if this license is valid

Just  delete  the  old  version  and  install  the  new  version(all settings  will be  saved)

To get  the new  version - https://codecanyon.net/downloads ( you should unpack the archive to find the archive with the plugin )
