Hi, I can't sort upsell products based on how they are sorted on the site! I order Upsell products but in the front office it does not change position! I tried sorting by date or sku or id but the result doesn't change! Where am I wrong?

Hello

Please please use attribute orderby. An example: orderby=menu_order

Could you give me the plugin version number you are using?

hi, I have a problem with a PDF, on the site above in the product data sheet there is a"Download PDF sheet" button. If I click, the PDF of the product opens... I tried to put the shortcode in the"Extra Text After Post" section but once I open the PDF I see this writing"WOOT: Set product id please in the shortcode attribute!"

Under the EQUIPMENT heading at the bottom of the PDF page

Looks like the problem is that you inserted the shortcode without a mandatory attribute. Possibly in a PDF template. Or more likely this functionality parses the current page and creates a PDF and since the page has a woot shortcode this is not processed correctly in third-party functionality

We have nothing to do with this third party PDF generation plugin. We have not developed the plugin to be compatible with this third party plugin.

If you don't have any experience in programmin: In this case, you should hire a third-party developer for this custom work.

If you have experience in programming:  Try adding the current product's id attribute to the shortcode on the product page. If this doesn't work, you should check a third-party plugin. Why is there no global $product variable during PDF generation

I’m afraid, in this case you should to hire a developer to customize this third-party plugin.
