On the category(taxonomy) page, the filter shows only child categories(taxonomies)
This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products )

think that I have put the parent category with all the products and subcategories with the products of each one, I would have to leave the parent category and subcategories

The filter makes a search query. and it is not possible to show the parent category in a child category - such a search query will return zero.
But in your case you need a menu instead of a filter. Instead of searching within a category, you should redirect to other categories
If I create a checkbox with the categories, if I have categories without children, it doesn't show them??? I don't understand

If the current category (category page) does not have child elements, the filter will not show this category (as well as
other categories that are not related to the current category)
Can you make a filter for the parent category and its children?
