After entering a product ID and clicking 'get the product variations' it displays a list but there is nothing showing in the list (see https://app.screencast.com/FKzPLQHmN0R2c).

I disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and BEAR but still get the same result.

Any suggestions please?

This is the production site so if you need to do major testing, if possible, please do 'after hours' which would be 11pm EST to 8am EST.Ā  Thanks for your understanding.Ā  If you need to do a backup first then please use All In One Backup that you can see in the Admin menu.
