Hi,

I have been testing the free version of WPCS for the past two days and it works fine. I just purchased the paid version and my rates are no longer updating. I reverted back tothe free version and it work fine again. Please advise if i need to do something special to get the paid version to work.

Yes, i did purchase the correct product. The free version works fine, why does the paid version fail?

Can you please look into this as the credentials i gave you is a newly built wordpress site with only your plugin installed. This seriously seem like a bug in your plugin. Can you please look into this as i need to get a solution working fast for my iminent website launch.

I dont use woocommerce. What gave you the impression that i was?

As you will see from the website access you asked for, woocommerce is not used on this website.

Have you tested the wordpress site i provided?

Hi Pablo,

Thank you for resolving this issue. However, why is it that only the National Bank of Moldova works. I have an Open Exchange Rates API, but that doesnt work, not does the free options that dont require an api such as finance.yahoo.com.

What do you think?
