Hi, I'm trying to put your filter set up on each product page that displays via a woocommerce shortcode different types of products. When I try to filter some category or attribute, it doesn't load me any result. My idea is, if the result can't be visualized on the same page, is there an option to show it somewhere at all? I use Elementor and Astra.

Hello

Please  drop me  exact  link to the  issue.

But on the single product page, the filter won't work because it's not a template for displaying results, it's just a post page

Thanks for the quick response. A single product page does not have the filter, but category pages do. I may not have set it up correctly if you can help with that.

https://c2n.me/4h1rfH4.jpg - Also note that these are not category pages, these are just custom pages.

And it looks like the product display template does not hear the search query.

There are several solutions:

  1. (This is the best solution) To display products, use standard archive pages (category pages)
  2. To display products use woocommerce shortcodes [products] or [woof_products] - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_products
  3. you can try to adapt this 3rd party template - https://products-filter.com/compatibility-with-elementor

Yes, actually in the custom pages I have put a short woo code that shows products from a given category and still the filter doesn't work. Separately, I implemented the code to work with elementor in Theme Functions (functions.php) and still no filtering is loaded.

Hello

Ok! try  to use  [woof_products] - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_products  - to add  category - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20221103092231.png
