Not filtering correct with custom taxonomy.

I am using your plugin for filtering, and everything works perfectly, including the filtering of my custom taxonomy. However, I am encountering an issue where the filter is applied to the entire shop rather than just the filtered category.
Example:
Price Filter: Ranges from €1 to €42
Color (Custom Taxonomy): Beige (54 Products)
While the filter correctly shows that there are 54 beige products, it displays results from the entire shop, not just the filtered category.
So, the issue is that the plugin is filtering across the whole shop, instead of restricting it to the current product category.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
