When I use the product filter, I can see the number of results as a number, but not the actual results themselves. I have already deactivated all other plugins and used a default theme, but the results still do not appear. The only way it works is if I disable all filters except the price filter. Then it works. No error message appears.

The Envato Market plugin is already active on the website, also with token. But on its plugins tab, it says that the plugin isn't installed yet.
I bought the plugin on Theme Forest a couple of years ago and it's updated every week. The version that is installed now, is 3.3.0

This is an old version of the plugin. If you are unable to update the plugin using the envato plugin:

Please delete the old version and install the new version.  All settings will be saved

I deleted the installed plugin and installed the new one by Wordpress dashboard -> Envato Market -> plugins. Then I deleted the cache and tested the filter again, but the same problem is still there: https://lab-equipment.nl/droogstoof/
