I found that ADD to cart is active only for products that are on stock.

How to make it to be active also for products for which is allowed to be bought in advance?

that works - thank you.

May be it will be good if you add option to manage that.

Also add to cart should be allowed only if advance ordering is allowed for the product.

OK. Now I can add products but can't change quantity. I can add only one piece at a time.

the input id="ttnysma" is not working.
