New products don’t get filtered

Hi there, we’ve purchased Husky filter pro on Feb 25, 2023 via Envato. Since then we’ve been using it without any issues.
However the client has recently noted that
a) newly created products won’t be included in the filter anymore
b) the number of items per filter (e.g. length: size M) differs from the length M products in the backend.
for instance the attribute length with value M has 42 entries in the backend

Potential cause could be an issue with WPML?
I’ve already cleared the cache multiple times, but the issue remains also without WP Rocket being activated or when you are logged in.
