Hello PluginUs team,
I’m using the Pro version of HUSKY – WooCommerce Products Filter on my website (TopShisha.nl), and I’ve encountered an issue:
I’ve added a new attribute called “test flavour” and assigned it to a product: 👉 True Passion – Arctic Line shisha tabak On the product page, under the “Additional Information” tab, you can clearly see: test flavour: Apple 👉 link True Passion - Artic Line shisha tabak ✔ Nergens goedkoper ✔
However, this attribute does not appear in the frontend filter, even though:
- The attribute is active and linked to published products
- “Show on product page” is enabled
- I’ve checked and enabled it in the HUSKY plugin settings
I’ve cleared the cache, re-saved the filters, and reactivated the plugin — but the issue persists.
Could you please confirm:
- Whether this attribute should be indexed automatically?
- If there’s a way to manually trigger indexing (e.g. via “Rebuild Index Table”)?
- Whether my version might be missing that feature?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards, Ibrahim

Perhaps you added a local attribute (filters don't work with such attributes) instead of a global attribute (taxonomy)

Quote from ibrahim on October 6, 2025, 20:57hello,
The attribute is globally created via
WooCommerce > Products > Attributes
. It was assigned to the product using the dropdown in the “Attributes” tab, with “Visible on product page” and “Used for variations/filtering” both enabled. So this is not a local attribute, but a global taxonomy, fully compatible with the filter plugin. I’ve double-checked: the attribute is globally created and correctly assigned. It’s not a local attribute, so it should be fully compatible with the filter plugin. The attribute is also enabled in the HUSKY plugin settings.
I hope you can help me resolve this.

Quote from ibrahim on October 8, 2025, 22:14Hi Pablo, thanks — your LS Cache purge did indeed fix the issue for the previous attribute. I’ve now added a new global attribute to another product, but it’s not showing in the frontend filter again.
Can you confirm: 👉 Is a full LS Cache purge always required after adding new global attributes? 👉 Where exactly can I trigger this purge myself to ensure every new attribute becomes visible?
Thanks again for the help.
I’ve renamed the attribute from “Test” to “Merk smaak”, and added several terms under it — including Hookanzo, Drizzy, and True Passion.
However, only Hookanzo is currently visible in the frontend filter. The others (Drizzy, True Passion) are assigned to products but not showing.
Could this be another LS Cache issue? Or do I need to manually trigger indexing again?
Thanks for checking.

There's no need to run any indexing. The plugin queries the taxonomy database for data.
Is a full LS Cache purge always required after adding new global attributes? - You'd better ask this plugin's support team.
My advice: don't enable cache until the site is fully configured. It will save you a ton of time.
