Hello, I am a representative of a company that works with the WrapMarket.com.ua website.
We have your WOOF Husky plugin integrated in combination with Polylang. The problem is as follows:
1) The color in the"Color" filter is constantly off. We have installed icons with colors, we tried to set them in different ways: with pictures and just by choosing a palette.
After some time, these icons get confused, and all the squares turn black.
We have already contacted you once with this problem, but you replied that you can't do anything about it and that it is normal.
2) The display of attributes in filters is incorrect, that is, the filter displays values that simply did not, do not and will not be on certain products.
Example: Black film (thickness: 160 microns, color: black, adhesive layer: yes)
How it should work: I select the color black in the filter, I am offered this product, I select the thickness of 160 microns, I am again offered this product, I select the presence of an adhesive layer - I am again offered this product.
This is how it really works: I choose the color black - this product is offered, I choose the thickness of 160 microns - this product is offered, I choose NO adhesive layer - this product is offered to me, and it says in its characteristics that there is an adhesive layer. Do you understand what I mean?
And this happens with many attributes, I just gave you the most understandable example.
3) Slider for attributes. It also works as incorrectly as possible, if you choose not"Slider" but, for example,"RADIO", then everything works fine. But I need a slider!
So, these issues need to be resolved as soon as possible. Because I'm sick of it. There is no help. They can't answer my questions. And they can't give me any information to solve my problems.
So I see several solutions to these situations:
1) You provide a technical support person who can connect through our hosting and fix everything without these fakaps.
2) You provide the MOST CLEAR and detailed instructions (articles, step-by-step instructions, videos) so that we can solve these problems once and for all.
3) You refund the money we paid and we simply remove this plugin from our site. We thank you and part ways.
