I have a problem with filters on my website.
We have your WOOF Husky plugin integrated in combination with Polylang.
It shows attributes that are not in the product cards themselves.
There are many different problems, i.e. it shows false information, displays different parameters, etc.
Is there any way to"reload" them?
Or can you repair them directly by connecting to our domain and our website?
I wrote to you earlier, but we were unable to solve the problem.
We have a problem with the filters.
That is:
1) The colors in the"Color" filter are failing.
2) Problem with sliders, i.e. strange and incomprehensible numbers that are not even on the products.
3) Incorrect product attributes.
That is, for example,"Glue layer" in the filters for selection is there, but when you click on it, it gives the product, which does not have this attribute and has never been.
In general, you need to fix it somehow, or do some cache clearing, or completely reset these filters, if nothing works out and I will re-enter.
