The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. If you have problems with registration ask help on contact us page pleaseIf you not got email within 24~36 business hours, firstly check your spam box, and if no any email from the support there - back to the forum and read answer here. Hello, I'm coming from this Wordpress support forum, they were unable to help: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mobile-mode-not-working/
I saw another user a few days ago having the same problem but I haven't found a solution.
I can send you access to a staging site because the original site is still in development and not live yet, but it will have to be via some private channel, as I can't publish it here - can you please advise how I can do it?
