I have followed your documentation to setup a filter on my website with WooCommerce and it works well, but when I activate the mobile mode toggle it does not work. See screenshot for mobile view in which nothing is collapsed and the full menu is visible.

I was also hoping you could advise on how to change the title of the filter items. it says"product brand""product service" but I cannot find where to change this.

It depends on the current theme template.
Try checking the template's adaptive settings. Now the styles of your template are that with a screen size of up to 768 pixels, the width of the sidebar is 25% of the parent container (this is approximately 175 px)

The issue I am seeing now is that all my cateogires do not appear for some reason. It is showing outdated categories but I cannot get it to show my current ones, they are empty with no products but we want them visible

The issue was that before we were able to have the grey bar/category title show with the categories under it.
You can see how previously it was
PRODUCTS
- Be radiant makeup
- Be radiant skincare
SERVICES
- Facials
We are trying to do that with the new categories but they will not generate this way for some reason.

Sorry, I didn't understand you. Previously, categories weren't displayed at all, there were only two attributes.
