Hi,

This was working as expected but now it is not for some reason...

When opening the website on a mobile device, the Filter used to be"closed" and the icon and text displayed, as per set in the plugin design options. Clicking on the icon/text would slide open the filter as expected.

However, now for some reason, without changing anything, when opening the web page, the filter on mobile view is open by default. The only way to show the mobile icon and text is by selecting a product filter option.

Is there a setting I need to manually adjust to make the mobile filter stay closed by default? I am using the [woof_mobile] shortcode and on the WOOF Product Filter Widget I have"Hide the widget on a mobile device and a button appears to show the filter" set to Yes.

Many Thanks

Hello

The standard function wp_is_mobile() does not seem to work.  Possibly a conflict with third-party code

Hi, how are you able to see that the standard function wp_is_mobile() is not working?

I have deactivated all third party plugins and removed all custom code. It is still not working. The weird thing is that it works when something in the filter is selected, so it seems like it's something to do with the WOOF Product Filter Plugin settings?

Hello

Have you tried another theme?

how are you able to see that the standard function wp_is_mobile() is not working? - because I know that there is such a function in the code and it should change the filter template
