The mobile mode is not working, and when I use the filter, it doesn't work either.

You haven't turned on mobile mode.

It looks like the current theme template does not have the standard woocommerce hooks

If you use a shortcode to display a filter, add these attributes:  mobile_mode=1 sid='filter_page'  an example [woof mobile_mode=1 sid='filter_page']

And paste this shortcode [woof_mobile] where you want to show the filter button
