Hello,

I am using the free version in a WooCommerce store.
I added the WOOF filter bar to the side bar.

I want to client to be able to choose what sub category he wants to see (For example: Shoes > boots)
In this video
you can see me entering the shoes category. Then choosing heels.
Once I chose heels it shows only heels (which is great) but the images are missing.
In the end I chose all sub category but they are all ampty.

I would appreciate your help.
Thanks in advance.

Hello

It looks like the current theme is incompatible with ajax mode

Please  disable  ajax  mode  and do a test

Thank you Pable.

If I desable ajax mode then once I choose sub category it load and open a new window and I don't want it to happen.
You can see it here.

I'm am usuing OceanWP theme.

Please  check  option in Advanced->Options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220815094754.png

I disabled it but now when I choose a sub category the filter bar disappeared.

Same thing, after filtering the filter side bar still missing :(

hello

Looks like you didn't enable it - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220817084816.png

I don't know why it changed back to"NO" but I enabled it again right now and the issue still occurs.

My  test - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20220817092957.mp4

You are right, the sidebar appears now after I select a sub category but there is another issue.
I am using elementor template in order to have similar display on all category and sub categories pages (for example bread crumbs).
After I select the sub category - the breadcrumbs line is missing.
I noticed that"swoof" was added to the URL so I guess it has an impact.

And also the WOOF filter is missing from the sub category pages althought it's in the same template:  Image

Hello

Please add CSS

body .woof_search_is_going nav.woocommerce-breadcrumb {

 display:block;

And also the WOOF filter is missing from the sub category pages -

On the category page, the filter shows only child categories.  This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products   )

Thank you Pable, I added the CSS code but it still not working :(

Here is a video..

Try  this CSS:

body.woof_search_is_going nav.woocommerce-breadcrumb {

 display:block;

Yesss! it works!
Thanks a lot!

Final question (issue) - I hide [woof] code on mobile and added [woof_mobile] code instead but it doesn't display anything (also on my mobile phone ofcourse).
Do you know why?

Please read  this - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_mobile

this shortcode only works with this setting - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220818101635.png

Thank you so much Pable!

I appreciate your help
